How to measure belt size:
Using the best fitting belt that you already own, lay it on a flat surface as straight and flat as possible and lay a tape measure (tailors tape preferred) next to it and place the first end at the buckle end of the belt, but do not include buckle, measure only from the beginning of belt strap, if belt snaps it might be easier to remove the buckle entirely, and snap it back together. Measure the length of the belt to the best fitting hole the buckle goes into; usually the largest and most worn. This is the easiest way to get the best overall fit and also works for those of you trying to get a measurement without the knowledge of the gift recipient as well. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item and we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure that your return is processed smoothly.
Returns: We accept returns of all our products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email us at sandwitchleather@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as for returns. We will exchange your item for a different size or color if available. If the item is out of stock, we will issue you a refund.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to return the item. We will either send you a replacement item or issue you a refund.
Sale Items: All sale items are final sale.
