We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item and we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure that your return is processed smoothly.
Returns: We accept returns of all our products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as for returns. We will exchange your item for a different size or color if available. If the item is out of stock, we will issue you a refund.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to return the item. We will either send you a replacement item or issue you a refund.
Sale Items: All sale items are final sale.

- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to you.
- At the moment, we only offer shipping within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are working towards expanding our shipping capabilities to serve our international customers.
